Why this, why now.

My goal isn't to grow the biggest agency I can. It's to do the most good with what I've been given — the more we're trusted with, the more we can serve. The blessings on my life aren't mine to keep. They're meant to be put to work.

For me that's three things. Building jobs people actually want — work that pays well, carries meaning, and leaves room for a real life outside of it. Giving generously — to people, to causes, and to carrying the message of Jesus further than I could on my own. And running it all in a way that honors the One who's been steering since the start.

That last part is where we meet as a team. Staying close to our Creator isn't a side thing here — it's the perspective that shapes how we work, who we work with, and what we say yes and no to. Keep the "why" out front and the work gets better on its own.

Helping end homelessness — one job, one home, one human at a time.

It's not a side project and it's not someday. It's woven into why I keep building. SproutWorks is the first proving ground — creating dignified, real-wage employment for people working their way out of housing instability. The agency exists, in part, to fund it. There's much more to come.
